These Terms govern the use of Trieu Ly Social Scheduler (the "Service"), available atsocial.trieuly.net and operated by Trieu Ly, an independent developer ("we", "us"). The Service is a self-hosted instance of the open-source Postiz software that we use to schedule and publish content to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business Profile for business accounts we manage on behalf of our clients.
1. Who can use the Service
The Service is not open to the public. Access is limited to us and to business owners or staff we invite. By connecting a social media account, you confirm that you own that account or are authorized by its owner to manage it.
2. Connecting social media accounts
- You connect an account by signing in through the platform's official authorization screen (for example, TikTok Login Kit or Facebook Login).
- We only request the permissions needed to show the connected account, publish the content you approve, and show post performance.
- You can disconnect an account at any time inside the Service, or revoke access in the platform's own settings.
3. Content and publishing
- Nothing is published unless a user selects the account, content, caption, privacy setting and time.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to all video, images, music and text in it.
- All content must follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Meta's terms and the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Health, financial or other regulated claims must comply with applicable law. Content featuring patients or customers requires their written consent.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to post spam, misleading or illegal content, to impersonate others, or to try to get around any platform's rules or limits.
5. Availability
The Service is provided "as is". Platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time, and scheduled posts can fail or be delayed. We are not liable for lost content, missed posts or indirect damages, to the extent allowed by law.

7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do. We may suspend access that violates these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking us to delete your data.
